Your thoughts, your choices, your actions all unfold into a lifetime.

Practical Ways to Nurture Self Care through Connecting, Dialogue, (2/3) and Gentle Movement (1/3)

Speaker Kate Kroska

Kate Kroska has over 40 years of experience as a holistic psychologist in which she works with the whole person:  body, mind and spirit – to facilitate healing and transformation.  The past 10 years, her life coaching practice in wellness/creativity allows her to work on a continuum from healing to becoming….helping people to tap into their innate creative energy  so they can engage more consciously  in making choices that bring more meaning and joy in their life.  She says she is in the ‘business of Light’…helping people to shine in the spirit of who they are.  She loves to work with people who are in transition, helping them clarify and align with themselves through their changes in this life journey.  She is an instructor of a gentle movement practice called qigong , guiding people to connect with Mystery or Source energy. This wellspring  supports a life journey of deepening and expanding into our healing and transformation – we are all life—change– artists.

Kate is a Life Coach, creator of art and blog and practitioner of Qigong.
