Speakers:  Joseph Feldmeier and Susan Grader

Joseph Feldmeier, CFP©, is a partner and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER  Professional at Ascend Financial Group. Joe is committed to building trust with his clients and specializes in retirement planning, estate planning, asset/wealth management, and insurance solutions.

Dedicated to serving clients in the financial services arena for nearly a decade. Joe strives to provide clarity to his clients to help enrich their financial lives. He is a valued resource to his clients who rely on his expertise through both good and bad times. The service Joe provides his clients allows them to spend more time doing the things they love without having to worry about navigating their finances alone.

Joe lives in Plymouth, Minnesota with his wife, Liz. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, working out, playing rugby and traveling. Joe regularly gives back to his community and is a volunteer with Loaves and Fishes, a member of the St. John’s Young Fellows Association, his St. John’s University Class Committee, and serves on the board of the Highland Friendship Club and the Eastside Banshees Rugby Club.

Kyler Harder CFBS© is the Owner & Financial Advisor at Financial Group. Kyler is responsible for business development, coordinating with advisors, developing staff and working with current clients. He is an industry veteran dedicated to helping his clients simplify their financial lives.

He specializes in working with closely held family businesses, pre-retirees/retirees & company-sponsored qualified/non-qualified plans. He was inspired to become a financial advisor to help people create a vision of clarity around their finances and minimize the day-to-day anxiety of managing money.

Passionate about mental health, Kyler is an Ambassador for Guild, Inc, a Minneapolis-based non-profit organization that provides daily support for individuals struggling with mental health issues. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Guild Inc.

Kyler lives in Excelsior, Minnesota with his wife, Lauren and their baby girl, Claire. They enjoy traveling together, experiencing new foods and trying to keep up with Claire.

 

Susan Grader

In her role, Susan is responsible for delivering a life navigation-based Financial Wellness program that evolves the way participants think, behave and feel about their financial life, in mutual partnership with employers and their Financial Intermediaries. She has over 19 years of Financial Services experience.

Prior, as a part of Product Innovation Team, she managed and launched a Student Loan Repayment Program, and a Health Savings Accounts Solution, directly linked to MassMutual’s MapMyFinances experience. Susan’s vast experience across Strategy, Product Innovation, Lean Six Sigma and Operations has provided a well-rounded view of the needs of employers and employees today.

Additionally, Susan has worked in MassMutual’s U.S. Corporate Strategy Organization where she was able to provide much valued insight into the evolution of financial wellness, market trends, and business strategies

Susan attended Ashworth College for Business Administration and holds several FINRA Insurance licenses. Susan is also active in her community, volunteering her time with several community organizations. She lives outside of Springfield, MA with her two adorable 7-year-old twins, Thomas and Elise.
