Annual Business Meeting following with the topic "Strong Leaders Look in the Mirror" with speaker Shari Johnson and Dr. Matt Dorschner.

Join Sheri and Dr Matt for a conversation about what all effective leaders have in common…they look in the mirror! This is true for both formal and informal leaders.

In this session, you will learn about Awareness, Acceptance and Action and how these 3 A’s can improve your effectiveness as a leader regardless of your organizational role. This session will be interactive with practical application for all who attend.
